On September 10th, Maureen Kelly, Founder and creator of Tarte Cosmetics will be appearing on QVC at midnight unveiling a QVC Exclusive 6-piece Passport to the Amazon with Brushes collection at an unbelievable one-day-only value. Retailing at $190, they will be offering at QVC exclusively for under $40! Maureen will appear again on two more hour shows at 9 a.m. EST and 6 p.m. EST (check your local listings for additional times)
